Credit card details are required to confirm all bookings, these are held on file and nothing is charged until departure unless otherwise stipulated. Cancellations made more than 7 days from the scheduled arrival will be charged an administration fee of $20. Cancellations or modifications to bookings which result in reducing the number of days required at any time within 7 days of the expected arrival and departure date, or a failure to turn up, may result in the full amount of the booking being charged

Cancellation policy for groups or quotes will be advised at the time of booking

Check-in is available from 2pm on the day of arrival. Check-out time is 10am on the date of departure unless otherwise negotiated

Payment for all goods and services provided to the client during the stay at the Motel are to be paid in full on the day of departure (if not already done so). Overdue accounts will be subject to additional recovery costs if not paid in accordance with this policy

No visitors are allowed in rooms after 10pm. Any damage to room or property, or loss of income resulting may be recovered from the person named on the registration document

Smoking is not allowed in any room on the property. Any evidence of such a practice may result in cleaning costs plus loss of income also being charged

Guests under the age of 18 years of age must be accommpanied by a guest of 18yrs or over

Parking at the Motel is off road and in most cases, is at the front of the unit otherwise is advised to the client at time of check-in
